Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. For credit card payments, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Delivery fees are non-refundable except in cases where the rider fails to deliver the item as promised. If a delivery fails due to rider error, both the delivery fee and the service charge will be refunded.
